I'm so happy - just so happy....

I took a tour around the blog, that I have to check every day and it made me very happy. Finally Kitty-Craft is opening. The big opening is January the 23rd 2007 and I will be one of the first visitors (and probably buyers).

I have read so much good about this shop, that I just have to own something from it.... HURRAAAAHHH!!!!!!

Mini-Swap

Erika from mikodesign told me about the Miniswap that mommycoodle has started and I thought it would be fun for my kids to do a swap together with them.

They think it is great that their mom is swapping with people from all over the world. We allways find our atlas and try to find the places from where the swaps are coming.

I got a great candy swap this christmas from Catherine. We made a candy-plate and tasted some of the candy right away. So many things we haven't tasted before. Thank you Catherine....

check out the new member of our family

Isn't he sweet - his name is Tarsan (Yes we spell it with a S...)

He is a cute Labrador puppy and he is now 3 month old. He is very clam and he has accepted us as his new family.

Anton, Emma and Laura love him - if they could they would love to have him in their beds during the nighttime, but we have tried that one time with our old dog and we don't want to make that mistake again....

I will put out some more photos of him as soon as possible....

I'm in the Coloriffic Swap-O-Rama and I'm so exited....

This swap is going to be in yellow and pink and I can't wait to get started. I have so many ideas.....

Tomorrow I'm going shopping and then I'm going to get creative and make something cute and useful for my swappartner.....

Handmade toy-dog

In december my sons class had a christmas stocking with small presents for all the kids - one for each day - and instead of buying something in a store, I decided to make something.

I made a cute dog - Oscar - and when he was picked by one of the boys in my sons class, he made the new owner did a little dance in the classroom. Anton - my son - told me, that Oscar was the most popular gift the whole December.... That just tells me, that children appreciate when we make something for them and it is great to receive something unique....

My package for Carol and Moosh

I found a great swap-partner in Carol - www.carolbrowne.com - she sent my some great stuff and here is what I put together for Carol and her cute dog Moosh.....

A danish craft magazine, danish design paper-art with Santa's and other great christmas decoration and some paper to match, fabrics, some danish christmas candy, christmas napkins and a small suitcase with some stuff for Moosh.

I filled the suitcase with a handmade Moosh and some dog-goodies....

Carol and Moosh loved the package.....

Swap-Bot: Wallet Swap

I joined a beautiful swap on the www.swap-bot.com and I got Barbara in USA as my swap-partner. She loves snowmen, and I made this my theme for the swap.

I made a cute wallet in blue and white squared fabric on the outside and blue and white striped fabric on the inside . On the front I put a snowman.

I included a handmade snowman pin, some wooden stickers, some wooden buttons, paper snowmen and a collage with a snowman off course.....

I wrapped it nicely with a treehanger in danish design......

2007 - Hurraaaahhhhh

For me a new year is a great way to organize my home, my craft-room, my desk, my shop and my blog....

I haven't been blogging for a while and I have tons of stuff that I want to put out on my blog, so I better get started.....
